现象：先用project explorer工具，右击component-->New-->Component in a VOB，输入component名：P3012-sipstack，报Error Creat Component（baseview 没有问题）；之后，用CCImportWizard工具导入P3012-sipstack到baseview后，用project explorer工具，右击component-->Import-->VOB Directory as Component选择P3012-sipstack，报错：Entry named "P3012-sipstack" already exist。hfhnnxt
在baseview上可以看到“P3012-sipstack”，文件夹有文件，decribe显示：hfhnnxt

解决：重新启动机器，用project explorer工具，右击component-->New-->Component in a VOB，输入component名：P3013-sipstack，没有报错。怀疑是因为晚上备份vob会断服务，project explorer没有关闭重新打开导致。hfhnnxt

后续处理：因P3012-sipstack这个目录在每个视图(baseview和UCM动态视图)中都存在，故想删除。把baseview中的P3012-sipstack用rmelem命令进行删除，报：hfhnnxt
