如果你使用的是CQ7.0或7.0.1，那么在“开始>运行”中输入“services.msc”，打开本地服务。
找到IBM ratinal http server和另外一个好像是WebSphere Application Server，启动这两个服务，然后再访问。 |

cq 7.0.1没有找到IBM rational http server 和 websphere application server
只有ibm rational clearquest mail server |

那你就没有安装CQ Web，根本就谈不上用http方式访问了。不过还是可以通过客户端来访问数据库的。
解决方法，重新安装一下，仔细检查安装的每个步骤，其中有一个步骤是选择安装组件的，里面就有rwp，如果你没有选择，就不会被安装。 |
